PAYMENT - I DO NOT accept Venmo/Zelle/Paypal/EBT/Apple pay/Cash app - I accept all credit cards, checks or cash as a form of payment for services. PARKING/LOCATION - I am located inside a shared salon space ‘The Bridal Suite’ nestled in between Novara & Stella’s. - There is ample street parking on the main road as well as street parking on all of the residential roads around the salon. - This area is extremely busy, traffic is almost always held up as it is home to many local businesses and restaurants. Please plan your drive accordingly. LATE POLICY - Due to my services being booked back to back and the variation of the timing of my services, late arrivals (5-20 min) will result in a modification to your scheduled service as to not intrude on another client’s appointment. - If you are 30 minutes late to an appointment you are considered a “No Show” which will result in 100% charge of your booked service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to reschedule an appointment, this can be done online via your confirmation email or by contacting me directly at 781-366-5977. Beauty by Adrianna requires a 48 hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee of 30% of the service value. Day of cancellations, as well as no call/no shows will be charged 100% of your service fee. Please remember that you agree to this cancellation policy when you book an appointment. If your appointment requires a deposit your appointment is NOT confirmed until paid.
